Rules of conduct

Bike Park Rules

01 — Safety
Equipment & Safety
  • Mandatory helmet — a well-fitting MTB helmet at all times.
  • Recommended protection — knee, elbow, and back protectors strongly advised.
  • Bike check — our team verifies bikes and may deny access if standards aren't met.
  • No helmet = no ride — no access to trails or the Uplift service.
02 — Trails
Trail Selection
  • Ride your level — choose trails adapted to your ability. Familiarise yourself with trail grading on your first visit.
  • Recon first — always do a slow reconnaissance run. Trails change with weather and ongoing maintenance — never assume they're identical to your last visit.
03 — Etiquette
Other Riders
  • Downhill has priority — riders descending always have right of way. Show courtesy.
  • Signal your presence — call out when approaching other users, especially in narrow sections or low-visibility areas.
04 — Riding
Responsible Riding
  • Control your speed — adapt to trail conditions and the number of riders around you.
  • Respect all signage — observe and follow all trail signs and markings at all times.
05 — Environment
Respect the Environment
  • Stay on marked trails — to protect flora and avoid disturbing wildlife, do not leave the designated paths.
  • Wildlife — if you encounter deer, do not chase them or leave the trail.
06 — Preservation
Cleanliness
  • No picnicking in the Bike Park.
  • Leave no trace — take your rubbish with you and use the bins provided.
  • Lead by example — encourage others to adopt responsible behaviour.
07 — Community
Attitude & Savoir-Vivre
  • Kindness — be courteous to all visitors at the Bike Park.
  • A smile goes a long way — a hello or a thank you enriches everyone's experience.
08 — Safety net
Alerting & Assistance
  • Be proactive — in the event of danger, a problem, or an obstacle on trail, immediately inform Mo'Bike staff.

Risk Acceptance

By visiting Mo'Bike mountain bike trails, you are preparing to take part in a high-risk activity. You can minimise this risk by following the safety rules in the code of responsibility and the MTB equipment checklist. Failure to follow these rules increases the risk of serious, potentially fatal, accident.

  • 01
I understand that mountain biking is dangerous and involves significant obstacles that can be physically challenging. I accept that there is a risk of injury and death during these activities.
  • 02
I understand that I must wear a helmet at all times, and that eye protection, a protective vest and gloves are strongly recommended.
  • 03
I agree to abide by the mountain bikers' code of responsibility at all times.
  • 04
I agree to check my bike and equipment in accordance with the MTB and equipment checklist at the start of the day, before each session and after each fall.
  • 05
In the event of any accident, loss or damage to my personal belongings, I acknowledge that the company, its sponsors and all associated parties will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury arising out of or in connection with the activities (except in the event of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the company).
  • 06
I certify that, to the best of my knowledge, I do not suffer from any medical condition that would increase the likelihood of my being involved in an incident that could result in injury to myself or others.
