BIKE PARK RULES
BIKE PARK RULES OF CONDUCT, SAFETY, RESPECT & ENVIRONMENT
Mountain biking can be dangerous, with major obstacles that can be physically challenging. There is a risk of injury and death when riding MTB.
At the moment the Bike Park is not open to children under 1.40m (4’7″) and/or equipped with a 24″ mountain bike.
Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (over 18) at ALL TIMES.
Children aged between 16 and 18 must be supervised at ALL TIMES by a responsible adult.
Equipment and safety
Mandatory helmet: All cyclists must wear a well-fitting helmet suitable for mountain biking.
Recommended protection: Knee, elbow and back protectors are highly recommended for your safety.
Check: Make sure your bike is in good condition before setting off on a trail. Our team will check your mountain bike and may refuse you access if it does not meet our quality criteria for safe access to the Bike Park.
No access: If you do not have a helmet and protection, you will not be allowed to ride in the Bike Park or use the UPLIFT service.
Track selection
Reconnaissance: Always do a low-speed reconnaissance of the trail. Trails change according to weather conditions and the constant modifications and improvements made to them; do not assume that they will always be exactly the same on every visit.
Respect for other users
Priority: Those descending always have priority. Show courtesy.
Alert: Signal your presence when approaching other users, especially in narrow sections or with reduced visibility.
Responsible riding
Respect the Signs: Observe and respect all signs and markings.
Respect for the environment
Marked trails: To preserve the flora and avoid disturbing the fauna, do not leave the trails.
Wildlife: If you come across deer, please do not chase them or leave the paths.
Cleanliness and Preservation
Raising awareness: Encourage others to adopt environmentally responsible behaviour.
Attitude and Savoir-Vivre
Communication: A smile, a hello or a simple thank you can enrich everyone’s experience.
