Mo’Bike is operated by Outdoor Development Ltd, located in Chamouny, Mauritius. By accessing our facilities and services, you fully accept the terms outlined below.

1. Products and Services
1.1. Access to the Bike Park is strictly reserved for guests holding a valid Pass, available for purchase online or on-site.
1.2. All activities are organized in 3-hour sessions at designated times.
1.3. Guests must check in at the Bike Park Reception (Le Cerf d’Or) at least 15 minutes before their session starts.
1.4. Entry is not permitted outside of official operating hours (Wednesday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
2. Participation Requirements
2.1. Minimum age: 10 years old for green trails. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
2.2. For participants under 18, a parent or guardian must sign a waiver of liability.
2.3. Wearing a helmet and gloves is mandatory for all riders.
2.4. A Skill Zone test may be required to assess riding ability before accessing the trails.
2.5. Mo’Bike reserves the right to deny access to anyone whose level or equipment poses a risk to their own safety or that of others.
3. Booking & Cancellation
3.1. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
3.2. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to receive a full refund.
3.3. In case of adverse weather (cyclones, heavy rain), sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled at Mo’Bike’s discretion. A refund or credit will be offered.
4. Safety & Liability
4.1. All riders participate at their own risk and must follow the posted rules and staff instructions.
4.2. Mo’Bike is not liable for:
- injuries resulting from falls or reckless behavior;
- non-compliance with safety rules;
- use of personal equipment that does not meet minimum safety standards.
4.3. We strongly recommend first-time riders book a Coaching Pass.
5. Equipment & Maintenance
5.1. All rental bikes are inspected and maintained daily by our technicians.
5.2. Riders using their own bikes must ensure their equipment meets Mo’Bike’s safety standards (functioning brakes, suitable tires, certified helmet, etc.).
5.3. Riders are responsible for any damage or loss of rental equipment during their session and may be charged accordingly.
6. Insurance
6.1. Mountain biking in a natural environment involves inherent risks (falls, collisions, etc.).
6.2. It is each participant’s responsibility to have personal insurance that covers outdoor sports activities.
6.3. Mo’Bike holds a liability insurance policy for the operation of the Bike Park.
7. Personal Data
7.1. Information collected during the booking process is used solely for operational purposes and is not shared or sold to third parties.
7.2. In accordance with data protection regulations, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
8. Park Rules
8.1. Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the Bike Park.
8.2. Riders must respect nature, fellow guests, and all park facilities.
8.3. Mo’Bike reserves the right to refuse service or expel any individual who does not comply with these rules. No refund will be given in such cases.
