FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Mo’Bike does not offer pickup services, but we’re easy to reach by car from Bel Ombre, Souillac or Le Morne (15–25 min drive). Parking is free and onsite.

  • Each pass includes up to 3 hours of access. Most visitors spend 2–2.5 hours on trails, depending on fitness level and group size. You stay at the reception to chill after your ride.

  • In case of heavy rain or cyclonic conditions, the bike park may close temporarily for safety. We’ll contact you in advance and offer rescheduling or a full refund if needed.

  • Children from 10 years old can ride on our beginner trails, as long as they can pedal confidently and fit a 24” bike. Helmets are mandatory and provided.
  • We recommend that you bring a pair of sports shoes and clothes that are not too loose-fitting and breathable. We will provide you with a pair of gloves. We also recommend that you bring clothes to change into after a session in the Bike Park.

  • Yes, there are trails for all levels, from beginner to expert. The green trails are for beginners or for those who simply want to go for a ride on a mountain bike on specially prepared trails with incredible views of the ocean and waterfalls.

  • Helmets and gloves are ONLY included in the PASS FULL PACKAGE. Protection gears are compulsory for access to the Bike Park.

  • Absolutely, you are free to bring your own mountain bike. You will need to buy a pass to access the trails if you wish to use our bike park facilities. However, your mountain bike must meet our quality criteria, which can be found here.

  • We offer fully suspended Giant Enduro mountain bikes.
  • Mountain bikes are hired with the PASS FULL PACKAGE. It is not possible to hire mountain bikes without access to the bike park. Prices are available here.
